Coaching Path

Relationship Coaching

Relationships rarely fall apart in one moment. More often, small patterns — an unspoken need, a conversation that keeps going sideways, a boundary that never got set — build up quietly until the distance is hard to ignore. Relationship coaching gives those patterns a name and gives you a structured way to work on them.

This path is built for both individuals and couples. Some clients start on their own to understand what they're bringing into the relationship; others begin together. Either way, the work centers on communication, trust, boundaries, conflict, core needs, attachment patterns, connection, intimacy, and a shared sense of where the relationship is heading.

Who This Is For

Is this coaching path right for you?

  • You and your partner keep having the same argument without resolving it.

  • You feel distant from your partner and can't pinpoint when it started.

  • Trust has been shaken and you want a structured way to rebuild it.

  • You want to understand your own patterns before bringing a partner into the work.

  • You're managing conflict, parenting stress, or competing priorities as a couple.

  • You want more closeness and connection but aren't sure how to ask for it.

What We Work On

Where the sessions focus

Communication

Learning to say what you mean and hear what's actually being said, especially under pressure.

Trust

Rebuilding reliability and honesty after a breach, or strengthening it before one occurs.

Boundaries

Defining what you need to feel respected, and communicating it without guilt or aggression.

Conflict

Recognizing the cycle behind recurring arguments and practicing a different way through it.

Core needs

Naming what each of you actually needs to feel secure, valued, and understood.

Attachment patterns

Understanding how your history shapes how you seek closeness or respond to distance.

Connection

Rebuilding the everyday habits of attention and care that closeness depends on.

Intimacy

Talking openly about emotional and physical closeness, comfort, and expectations.

Shared vision

Getting clear, together, on what you're building and whether you're pointed the same direction.

How It Works

From first conversation to forward plan

  1. 01

Start with a consultation — as an individual or as a couple — to talk through what's going on.

  2. 02

Agree on a coaching plan that fits your situation, whether that's individual work, couples work, or both.

  3. 03

Work through sessions focused on communication, trust, boundaries, and the specific patterns you brought in.

  4. 04

Practice new conversations and habits between sessions — this is where the relationship actually changes.

  5. 05

Review progress together and leave with a forward plan you can keep using without a coach in the room.

Coaching Scope

What this coaching is not

Relationship coaching is not couples therapy, marriage counseling, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention, and it does not address domestic violence, abuse, or infidelity investigation. If either partner is in danger, please contact local emergency services or a domestic-violence hotline rather than a coaching form.

A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. We talk about what's going on and decide together whether coaching is the right fit.
