Coaching Path

Intimacy Coaching

Intimacy struggles are rarely just about one moment — they're usually about what's easy or hard to say out loud. Intimacy coaching is a respectful, professional space to talk about closeness, comfort, and connection in plain, honest language.

This path is communication- and connection-focused. It is not sex therapy, sexology, or medical care, and it does not involve clinical or physical treatment of any kind. The work is about building the vocabulary, comfort, and trust to talk about intimacy honestly with a partner.

Who This Is For

Is this coaching path right for you?

  • You and your partner find it hard to talk openly about intimacy.

  • Emotional or physical closeness has faded and you're not sure how to raise it.

  • You want to communicate needs and boundaries around intimacy more clearly.

  • Mismatched expectations around closeness are creating tension.

  • You want a structured, judgment-free space to talk about vulnerability and trust.

  • You're rebuilding intimacy after a period of distance or disconnection.

What We Work On

Where the sessions focus

Communication

Finding language to talk about intimacy honestly, without shutting the conversation down.

Connection

Rebuilding the everyday closeness that intimacy is built on.

Affection

Understanding how you and your partner each experience and express affection.

Trust

Creating the safety needed for vulnerable conversations.

Vulnerability

Practicing openness about needs and discomfort without shame.

Expectations

Naming mismatched expectations directly instead of letting them go unspoken.

Boundaries

Clarifying and respecting each partner's boundaries around closeness.

Consent

Reinforcing that comfort and consent are ongoing conversations, not one-time agreements.

Scope

Being clear about what coaching can and can't address, and referring out when appropriate.

How It Works

From first conversation to forward plan

  1. 01

Start with a consultation — a conversation about what's going on and what you'd like to be different.

  2. 02

Agree on a plan together, built around your goals, pace, and the coaching path that fits.

  3. 03

Work through focused sessions on the patterns and decisions that matter most.

  4. 04

Practice between sessions — worksheets, exercises, and action steps, since that's where most of the change happens.

  5. 05

Review progress honestly and adjust the plan, closing with a forward plan you can keep using on your own.

Coaching Scope

What this coaching is not

Intimacy coaching is communication- and connection-focused. It is not sex therapy, sexology, medical care, or treatment for sexual dysfunction, trauma, or any clinical condition, and it does not include physical or clinical guidance of any kind. Concerns of that nature are better addressed by a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. We talk about what's going on and decide together whether coaching is the right fit.
