No diagnosis or treatment

Coaching does not diagnose or treat any mental-health condition, medical condition, or disorder. Coaching certifications and training are not healthcare, psychology, counseling, or other mental-health licenses.

Emergencies and crisis situations

Coaching is not emergency or crisis support and cannot respond in real time to a crisis. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis line right away rather than this website or coaching sessions.

No guaranteed results

Coaching outcomes depend on individual participation, effort, and circumstances outside the coach's control. No specific result, outcome, or timeline is promised or guaranteed.

Referral policy

Coach Mike may decline, pause, or refer a prospective or current client at any time when needs appear to fall outside the coach's role, competence, or appropriate scope of practice.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Coaching provides structure, perspective, and accountability — it does not direct or control a client's choices.
